Day 1 [Veun Kham/ Dong krolor -Stung Treng –Kratie] (B/L/D)

Customs and Immigration police formalities at Veun Kham/ Dong Krolor  (Laos-Cambodia border). Welcome by your guide and departure by boat or drive to Stung Treng (1½ hours by speed boat). Arrive in Stung Treng Then departure by road to Kratie on national road 7. In the afternoon visit Wat Phnom Sombok, a Buddhist temple with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, and the famous Mekong Dolphins. Overnight in Kratie.

Day 2 [Kratie-Chlong—Kompong Cham] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at local restaurant. Drive to Chhlong, a small and peaceful village on the Mekong River bank with both typical Khmer and French colonial architecture. One unique and beautiful wooden house is supported by 100 columns and dates from 19th century. Continue to Chhup rubber plantation, which was founded by the French tire maker Michelin. Then check into Hotel in Kompong Cham. Continue by vehicle to visit Wat Nokor Pagoda with its ancient temple and modern style pagoda (12thC). Afterwards visit Phnom Pros, Phnom Srei.. Accommodation at Mekong Hotel (2-star, best available).

Day 3 [Kompong Cham-Phnom Penh] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel. Overland to Phnom Penh via Skun, a town famous for its delicacy of deep-fried spiders. Arrival in Phnom Penh and check in. In the afternoon visit the National Museum, Also called the Musee des Beaux-Art.A French archeologist and painter, Georges Groslier, designed the Khmer-style building in 1917. It contains a large collection of arts, notably sculptures representing in each of the major periods of Khmer history.
Royal palace and Silver pagoda, The palace was built by the French in 1866. The Silver Pagoda is so named because of its floor, which is made up of 5,329 silver tiles. It houses a gold Buddha weighing 90 kilograms and adorned with 2086 diamonds. Wat Phnom. Wat Phnom was built by Madam Penh in 1372 when she found a Buddha inside a Koki tree on the site. It is still an important historical side with great religious significance for Cambodians today. Afterwards visit Central or Russian Market and take a Boat Cruise along the Tonle Sap and Mekong River. Ovenight in Phnom Penh.

Day 4 [Phnom Penh] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, visit the Toul Sleng Museum(S-21 prison). This former school was used as a prison by Pol Pot's security forces. It became the largest center of detention and torture during the brutal rule of the Khmer Rouge and the Killing Fields ( 15km south of phnom penh ) Between 1975 and late 1978 around 17,000 men, women, children, infants ( including nine westerners) were detained and tortured at the S-21 prison and transport to the extermination camp of Choeng Ek. They were often bludgeoned to death to avoid wasting precious bullets. Fragment of human bone and bits of cloth are scattered around disinterred pits. There are over 8000 skulls arranged by sex and age which are visible behind the clear glass panels of the memorial stupa, which was erected in 1988.Afterwards visit Central or Russian Market and take a Boat Cruise along the Tonle sap and Mekong River. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 5 [Phnom Penh-Takeo-Kompot] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, depart from Phnom Penh for Tonle Bati and visit Ta Prohm temple (12-13C) and Yeay Peau temple (12thC). Visit the Prasat Neang Khmao, the temple of the Black Virgin (10thC) continue to Phnom Chiso,11 century temple. Visit a silk weaving village before proceeding to Takeo. Taking the boat from Takeo to Phnom Da (please note that the speedboat does not have a cover or any shade – hat and sun tan cream essential) Visit Phnom Da temple; the climb up is easy as this particular Phnom, or hill, is not very high, but it is a bit steep and includes some big rocks. Visit Asram Maharoseil (6thC), an Indian-style sandstone temple constructed in a style unlike any other temple in Cambodia. Return to Takeo by boat and continue to Kampot. This beautiful coastal area was once the favorite holiday spot for Cambodia's French-influenced elite. Overnight in Kampot.

Day 6 [Kompot - Kep - Rabbit Island] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, visit the Caves of Phnom Sia. There are many limestone caves in and around Kep. The largest cave is called Rung Damrey saa (while elephant cave). Afterwards take a boat to Rabbit Island and spend the afternoon. Return to kompot to visit Teuk Chhouu Falls and overnight in Kampot.

Day 7 [Kompot - Bokor National Park - Sihanoukville] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, drive to Bokor National Park. A pleasant 30 minutes forest walk will take you to the Popokvil Waterfall. Access is difficult in the wet season and there may be no water in dry season – however, the walk is pleasant at any time! Visit the long abandoned hill station of Bokor Mountain: discover the ruins of the former Royal Residence, the church, the casino Hotel and enjoy an amazing view of the southern coast. Afternoon continue to Sihanoukville.

Day 8 [Sihanoukville] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, visit the International sea port, Fishing village, Kbal chay waterfall, market. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 9 [Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, free time until departing for Phnom Penh, Overnight in Phnom Penh

 Day 10 [Phnom Penh - Kompong Thom - Siem Reap] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, Overland drive to Kampong Thom, visit Sombo Prei Kuk, located 35km northeast of Kompong Thom town, the ancient capital of Chenla, with its more than 100 temples dating from pre-Angkor period. Continue to Siem Reap. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 11 [Siem Reap] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel and visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting of the ocean of milk), Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and the terrace of the leper King. In the afternoon visit the most famous of all the temples, Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares with five towers and was built in the 12th century. It is the largest religious monument in the world. It symbolizes the five peaks of Meru's mountains; the enclosed wall represents the mountain at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat symbolizes the ocean beyond. See the sunset from Phnom Bakhen, one of two hills dominating the plain of Angkor, from where you can view the western Baray. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 12 [Siem Reap] (B/L/D)

Breakfast at Hotel, visit Banteay Srei temple (10th century), regarded as the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer art. Then continue your visit to Banteay somre, built in the third quarter of the 12th century. It consists of a central temple with four wings preceded by a hall and accompanied by a two libraries, the southernmost of which is remarkably well preserved. Two concentric walls enclose the ensemble. In the afternoon visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 km south of Siem Reap. Visit the village and take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap, the great lake of Cambodia and the largest in Asia. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 13 [Siem Reap - Departure] (B)

Breakfast at Hotel, Leisure times until transfer to the airport for the flight your next destination.
