• When both side have agreed the tour program and tour cost
• Full name, passport number, date of birth and rooming list require sending DOT TRAVEL at least 30 days prior to arrival date by email or fax.
• All the changes or other additions to the group will be accepted by DOT TRAVEL within 21 days before tour begin notices by email or fax.

• When you have agreed with the itinerary and the tour cost that provided by DOT TRAVEL, you will be required to deposit 20% of the total tour cost.
• The balance will be settle 14 days prior to travel date or on arrival destination ( Cambodia , Laos , or Vietnam )

Cancellation policy:

• No Show 100 % charge
• 7-1 days 50 % of the tour price
• 14-8 days 30 % of the tour price
• 21-15 days up 10 % of the tour price
• 22 days up no charge

• 30 days up no charge
• 29-22 days - 20% of the tour price.
• 21 - 14 days - 40% of the tour price.
• 13 - 7 days - 50% of the tour price.
• Less than 7 days - 100% of the tour price.

• Child in extra bed 15% discount on total package
• Child no bed 25% discount on total package
• Child in twin no discount (child airfare only)
• Land services only 50% discount on total package

NOTE: Maximum 04 children are allowed at reduced rates, per party.
